How to Report a Repair

Reporting repairs online

Click here to report a repair online. This will take you to our online repair reporting facility. (You can also view your rent account here). In order to report a repair online, you need to register first, then allow us 2 working days to process your registration. Click here to go to the registration page.

Reporting repairs by telephone

If you need to report a repair please contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767, choosing option 1.

A Customer Service Centre officer will answer your call. It would be helpful if you have the following information to hand when you make your call:


For security reasons we will ask you some basic questions about your tenancy or lease when you call.

Reporting repairs in writing

Please write to The Customer Service Centre, Thames Valley Housing, Premier House, 52 London Road, Twickenham, TW1 3RP.

Please give us your name, address and details of the repair.

Emergency repairs out of office hours

If an emergency occurs between 6.00pm and 8.00am Monday to Friday or at weekends please call either the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767 where you will be connected to our emergency repair line.
