A Tenant is someone who rents their home and has a tenancy agreement, either secure or assured, depending on when they began their tenancy.

Gas Safety Checks - This Applies to all Tenants

Every year we need access to your home to carry out an annual gas appliance safety check. We are legally obliged to do this and provide this service free of charge. It is very important that you let us carry out these checks. Poorly maintained gas appliances can cause carbon monoxide poisoning, which can kill.

We will contact you with an appointment. If this is not suitable, you need to contact the number provided on the appointment card which we will leave to arrange another appointment.

The Opportunity to Buy Your Home - Social Homebuy

Social Homebuy is a new scheme that provides Housing Association Tenants with the opportunity to purchase the home they live in.
