Your Right to Manage

If you own 100% of a flat and have more than 21 years left on your lease, you may have the right to take over management of repairs, maitenance and the services of the block you live in.

You need to live in block of flats where all the flats are self-contained, and where 2/3rds of the residents also own 100% of their flat.

For full details of what you need to do, and what the process consists of, please go to the foot of the page where you can read and print our Right to Manage leaflet.

If you have any questions, please email the Leasehold Team here.
