Homes for Sale

Welcome to Homebuy

Homebuy is a government funded, low cost homeownership programme offering a number of products aimed at helping first time buyers and keyworkers such as nurses, policeman, teachers and other public sector workers, who cannot afford to buy a suitable home in the area where they live or work.

You can find out more about Thames Valley Housing's Home Ownership opportunities by viewing the Homebuy video.

If you are currently a TVH resident living in a rented home, you can find out about opportunities to buy it by going to the page on Social Homebuy.

Thames Valley Housing is the Homebuy agent for Surrey and is the first point of contact for all low cost home ownership (LCHO) in the area.

If you live in another area where Thames Valley Housing build properties, you will need to contact the Homebuy agent for that area to be considered for one of those homes.

You should first go to the Homebuy4u website to register and find out if you are eligible. If you have already been accepted onto the scheme, you can go to Homes for Sale (Homebuy) Search to search for homes in your locality and view picutures and information about those properties.
