The information I'm looking at is out of date.

Pages you have visited in website can be stored on you computer as 'cookies' and when you revisit the page at a later date, you may find the information seems out of date. If so, use the 'refresh' button (the two green arrows in the top menu bar ) to update your page.

I want to register with you but I don't have a tenant reference number or the number I was given by my local authority.

You only need to register on our website to use our online repair reporting or to view you rent account and is only relevant if you are already a resident with TVH. All other parts of the webisite are available to all visitors.

I've registered with Homebuy but your website doesn't recognise my registration number.

The only visitors to the site whose registration number our website recognises are visitors who are already residents of Thames Valley Housing and wish to report a repair, or view their rent account online. If you wish to register for Homebuy, please go to the Homebuy website to do so.

I don't know my tenant reference number.

This is a 6 digit number all Thames Valley Housing residents are given. You will need to know your tenant reference number in order to register to use online repair reporting facility or to view your rent account. Email Rosalind Grozier including your name and daytime contact number if you wish us to send you your tenant reference number. Alternatively, you can contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 358 7767.

You will not require any other reference number to use the site.

I can't access the page I'm looking for?

When I try to visit a page I go to a screen with a message saying 'Page not found'. If this is happening, and you have already tried refreshing your screen, please contact Rosalind Grozier with details of the page you were on, and the page you were trying to access.
