Customer Service NVQs

Developing a valued relationship with customers is essential to long-term business growth and providing good customer service and customer support is now a vital business issue as organisations realise the benefits of managing customer relationships.

TVH delivers the Customer Service NVQ at Levels 2 and 3. The qualification teaches the latest customer service techniques and are ideal for anyone intending to follow a career as a frontline service provider.

Level 2 is for people dealing with customers in a front line role and consists of 7 units, 2 mandatory and 5 optional.

Level 3 is for those who wish to update and improve their customer service skills or are seeking career progression in customer service roles. It consists of 8 units, 2 mandatory and 6 optional.
