These courses are for Housing professionals providing theoretical and practical knowledge about a range of laws and practices in Housing. They are useful for those new to Housing and for those who have been working in sector for some time and wish to enhance their knowledge.
All courses are run by Linda Poole except Leasehold Management Training which is run by Margaret Briggs.

| Abandoment, Illegal Occupancy and the Law | Knowledge of the law and practices for these areas. This course is mainly for estate-based staff responsible for tenancy matters and empty property management. | 1 Day |
| Leasehold Management Training | Essential background information to Housing Law and recent changes in Leasehold Management. | 2 Days |
