Summary Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy customer facing Allocations team, you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with internal and external contacts to seek innovative solutions to our customer’s housing needs.

The position involves the preparation of nominations and tenancy documents in order to effectively let our properties. There is extensive communication with a range of stakeholders, specifically when dealing with the void process from arranging interviews and sign ups, to liaising with the Voids Surveyor and Contractors.

You will have proven administrative, organisation and time-management skills, excellent interpersonal and numeracy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as a willingness to learn our in-house systems.

You will also have great customer service skills, show initiative, be a problem solver and be happy to work on your own or as part of a team.
