Our leasehold department handles over 3,800 leasehold and shared ownership customers, and you will fully manage and maintain a patch of stock. You will use your excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to ensure we deliver the highest quality management service to all residents. Experience within leasehold would be advantageous, but if you can demonstrate housing experience, a team-spirited approach to work, and the kind of ambition and customer-drive we can tap into, you’ll do well.
