We currently have a vacancy for a Surveyor within our thriving Property and Asset Management Team.

Working as part of a team, you will assist in the delivery of our day-to-day repairs service for residents in both rented and shared ownership properties. You will be responsible for your own patch, assisting in the provision of an effective and responsive repairs service, inspecting and reporting on work to be carried out, including drawing up specifications and reports.

If you have impressive experience in a maintenance environment, a relevant HNC/D and a team spirited approach to work, you could soon be part of our fantastic team!
