The Revenues Department is a highly successful team going from strength to strength. The Revenues Department maximises income from a £20m rent income budget and manages service charges for 5,000 properties whilst supporting customers maintain their tenancies when experiencing difficulties. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for our right-to-buy/right-to-acquire portfolio, former tenants, rent and service charge setting and tenancy sustainability.
This is a diverse and challenging position suitable for either experienced managers or those wanting to progress their career in housing management.
