Summary Job Description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at Thames Valley Housing’s Training Centre. We are looking for someone who can help to develop and shape the provision of training and skills for residents and develop employment initiatives to help residents get into work.
You will be responsible for setting up an administration system for the resident training and employment service.
You will be a confident communicator, able to liaise with a number of internal and external partners, with an organised approach to setting up and maintaining systems. You will be able to demonstrate excellent administrative and time management skills and you will work closely with the Training Centre Administrator. You will occasionally be required to work in the community, visiting residents for interviews, taking minutes at meetings and arranging venues for training. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends would be required.
