Summary Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Facilities Management team. As part of this busy and customer-focused team, you will manage the scanning for the electronic document management system, providing service support
to internal customers and liaising with external suppliers such as our archiving company. You will be a confident communicator, comfortable dealing with customers at all levels of the organisation, as well as being an excellent team player. You will ideally be experienced with computer systems for managing mailroom functions and we will provide the opportunity to obtain further qualifications to enhance your knowledge of how mailrooms work. You will be open to new ideas and committed to providing the highest levels of customer service.
