TVH making home ownership in the capital more affordable

Thames Valley Housing (TVH) has been granted £150,000 to deliver 30 new homes in south west London as part of the Mayor and Greater London Authority’s (GLA) new housing plan.

Based on the idea that those who contribute to London’s success should benefit from it, the investment has been granted to help improve working Londoners’ housing options. To make this happen, TVH’s new properties will be available through shared ownership.

Geeta Nanda, CEO of TVH said “I’m delighted that we’ve been granted this money by the Mayor and GLA. Our proposal for new shared ownership homes in south west London was a strong one, as it’s a popular choice for those who work in the capital, but home ownership here is often inaccessible due to cost.”

Work on the new properties is due to be completed by March 2016.
