Thames Valley Housing (TVH) has been shortlisted in two categories at this year’s Landlord & Letting Awards.

TVH’s Keyworker Rented Housing team are finalists in the ‘Customer Service’ and ‘Landlord of the Year’ categories. The winners will be announced at a ceremony during the Landlord & Letting Show at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire in November.

Oliver Romain, editor of Landlord & Buy-to-Let magazine and lead judge for the Awards, said:

“This year’s response was phenomenal, with more entries than ever received across the various categories, so Thames Valley Housing has done brilliantly to be shortlisted.”

TVH’s Keyworker Rented Housing department manages over 2000 homes for keyworkers and students at nine locations in London and the south east. The homes are a mix of flats, studio apartments and shared accommodation and are managed from local accommodation offices on each site.

Across the nine locations this year, TVH achieved high customer satisfaction levels.

At St George’s Grove in Tooting, South London the team achieved a maximum score in the NHS Trust’s annual inspection which highlighted “the good working relationship formed with TVH’s on-site management team.”

Nick Lloyd, Head of Keyworker Rented Housing at TVH, said: “It’s excellent to see the high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction achieved by the team over the past year being recognised. Being shortlisted for these awards is a great testament to the team’s continued hard work and dedication over the last few years.”
