Online Customer Services – MyTVH, it’s arrived

We’ve been telling you about the work we’ve been doing on the new online service for a few months now.

Well, it’s finally here.

The new MyTVH was launched to a small group of residents in late February and we’re now started to invite more of you to register for the new service.

So, what can residents do in MyTVH?

You can now access detailed information about your TVH account. We’ve developed a new transactions statement and a breakdown of the charges that we make.

You can also access details of repairs that have been requested in relation to your home and communal areas. We’ve included additional information about the repairs including key dates like when the request was made, the anticipated completion date for the work and the status of the repair.

You can also now request a repair using an improved online form, which helps to simplify the process of getting the work done.

What are the key improvements to the new MyTVH?

  • It’s up to date: the information you see on the account reflects exactly what information we have on our database, with live updating. So you see what we see, there’re no delays.
  • It’s more accessible: Whether you access MyTVH. through your mobile telephone, tablet or PC, the pages will adapt to fit, so that your experience is just as good on any device.
  • It’s easier to use: we’ve modernised the look and feel of the service. Navigation is uncomplicated and we’ve included additional information, like who to contact if you’ve got a query about a particular issue.

Want to start using it?

We’re planning to send out invitations to all of you over the coming weeks, so keep an eye out for it. It includes the information that you’ll need as part of the registration process.

The Future

The current version is going to evolve, with new features being added regularly to meet your needs.

Want to share your views online?

We’ve started a Web Working Group (WWG) made up of TVH staff and residents,  and we’re always keen to get your views and suggestions to help us develop a better website and online services. We’ll be setting up an online forum for the group to meet and share ideas. It’s not a huge commitment; we’ll send you the invitation for the online forum and you can then contribute your ideas and share feedback when it’s convenient to you.

Want to see MyTVH before we roll it out to everyone?

We’re also looking for residents who don’t mind spending an hour using the new service whilst we monitor what they’re are doing and how they’re are doing it.

It will take place at our head office during normal working hours during the week of 5th May. You’ll complete the registration process to access your MyTVH account and whilst you’re online, we’ll ask you a series of questions.

We’ll cover your reasonable travel expenses and provide some light refreshments whilst you’re with us. Plus we’ll give you £30 of Love to Shop vouchers as a thank you.
