The MyTVH team have been busy working on some exciting features for your online service.
Here’s an update on the new things you’ll see.
Notifications
First up, we have a new notifications area. We’ll use this to send you important information about your online account, including verifying your contact details.
Being able to verify your contact details is really useful for you as it ensures we have the correct contact details to be able to get in touch with you about services you have requested.
Settings
We’ve also added a settings area where you can change your passphrase and update your contact details.
Sign up
For new users we’ve simplified the sign-up process so it’s as quick and easy for you as possible. There are now labels at the top of the page showing you which stage of the 3-step process you are at.
Get Involved
We’ve got lots of plans for MyTVH, but we really need residents’ help to make sure the service works for everyone. If you’d like to get involved, you can find out more here.
