Hi! Mat Cohen here, Web and Digital Services Manager at TVH. This month the team have continued to make improvements to your online services. Some new features have just gone live, let’s find out a bit more about them…
Last month we added a new settings area where you can do things like change your contact details and passphrase. For passphrase resets, you’ll get an email with advice on what you need to do. This change was made following feedback from residents. We’ve also added a strength indicator so that you can create better passphrases.
We’ve made some changes to how the accounts page looks. A number of our residents have more than one account with us, including garage, sundry and previous agreements. If you’ve got more than one account, you can manage them all with MyTVH.
We’ve been busy building a staff admin area, so that we can better support MyTVH and help you with finding your way around the site.
