Thames Valley Housing are going greener than ever before! From 24th of March, we’re celebrating Green Week with five projects over five days in five different communities. The aim is to introduce local residents to a greener approach to their neighbourhoods.  Projects are covering recycling, sustainable transport, wildlife encouragement, planting and clean ups. Each event is open to TVH residents, as well as members of the general public. Find out more about each project:

Tuesday 24th in Ash:

Make your own solar powered phone charger

Wednesday 25th in Woking:

Make recycled birdboxes, beetle nests and and a wildlife habitat

Thursday 26th in Reading:

Help clean up Lousehill Copse wildlife heritage site

Friday 27th in Slough:

Help clean up Moray Drive, with the Community Champions

Saturday 28th in Sutton:

A chance for all the family to learn how to cycle safely
