Julian Turner has been appointed the new Finance Director of Thames Valley Housing (TVH). Julian will take over on 4th May 2015.

Geeta Nanda, CEO of TVH said “Julian came to us in June last year from the banking industry, as Deputy Finance Director. He brought with him a wealth of experience, and since then has made a terrific impact at TVH, leading projects such as the debt refinancing package with Pricoa Mortgage Capital of Fizzy Living, our private rental arm. I’m sure he will continue to shine as he takes the helm as Director, with his expertise and enthusiasm helping us further develop and seize new opportunities.”

Julian said “I’m very excited about the new role, particularly about helping TVH meet its growth ambitions over the next few years, across both affordable and commercial housing.”

Julian has 13 years of experience in a number of roles across structured finance, loans and debt capital markets, including at Standard Bank PLC and WestLB AG. He replaces Jack Stephen, who retires on the May 1st after 20 years as Finance Director.
