We are always looking at ways of improving our service, and are currently looking at how residents might sort their queries when given some categories to choose from. This will feed into our developing improvement strategy.
We would like you to take part in our short survey and sort the cards on the left of the screen underneath the most appropriate header. It shouldn’t take more than 10 to 15 minutes and all eligible TVH participants will be entered into a prize draw where you have the chance to win £25 worth of Love2Shop vouchers.
