Allpay duplicate issues

You would normally expect us to process a Direct Debit on your account on Friday 8th September.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, you will notice that this has been duplicated into two payments.

A solution will be applied which will mean you will also see one credit on your account to balance this issue.

We hope this has not created any problems and apologise for any confusion it may have caused.
