Thames Valley Housing is the name we use for our group structure. It is made up of two main companies. They are both separate legal entities and both registered providers of social housing.
Thames Valley Housing Association
This is our parent company and has responsibility for building new homes and overall future strategy.
Thames Valley Charitable Housing Association
This is a subsidiary of the parent company. It is a housing association in its own right. It is responsible for ensuring a high quality of management and maintenance services for our homes.
Since 2014 the two associations have formed a common board membership. This makes things more joined up for the group.
The board has five committees that look at various aspects of our business in more detail.

- Group Investment
- Customer Services
The committees are made of board members, with the addition of two residents who sit on the Customer Services Committee.
