You need to contact us to order a replacement key or fob.
Send us an enquiry and once we’ve had your payment, we can issue the replacement.
There’s a charge
There is usually a charge of between £10-25 which needs to be paid up front. It may be more if there is a management company or agent on site and TVH is unable to provide a replacement key or fob directly from the supplier.
You can pay online. You will need your rent payment card with the 19 digit number. If you can’t find the card, home owners and tenants can call our Revenues Team on 0300 456 2929 (option 2) to order a new one. Key workers can request one from their accommodation officer.

We’ll get it to you
It can take a few days to issue the fob. Sometimes we have to order the replacement from a third party which might cause a bit of a delay. We’ll let you know if there’s going to be a delay.
