Complaints panel

Our complaints panel adjudicate on stage three formal complaints, which is the final stage in our complaints process.  Each panel that sits is made up of two residents and an executive member of staff. A pool of eight residents are in the group, and each one could sit between two to three panels a year.  If you become one of our members you’ll receive special specialist training.
