Resident Inspectors

Resident Inspectors check the quality of the cleaning and gardening on their estates.  They complete a short monitoring form every two weeks, popping it in the post back to us or complete their inspections online.  We provide the forms, freepost envelopes, they provide the eyes and ears on the ground.

Mystery Shoppers

Mystery Shoppers test out customer service once or twice a year.  The subject area could be anything from how we handle repair requests through to asking advice about benefits.  We give them the scenario by email, letter, phone or  a meeting – whatever suits.  And then they feed back after carrying out the mystery shop.  Our mystery shopping reports below give you an idea of what sort of things come up.
