Resident Inspectors check the quality of the cleaning and gardening on their estates. They complete a short online monitoring form every two weeks once they have completed their inspections.

Mystery Shoppers test out customer service four times a year. The subject area could be anything from how we handle repair requests through to asking advice about benefits. We give them the scenario by email, phone or text, and then they give their feedback online after carrying out the mystery shop. Our mystery shopping reports below give you an idea of what sort of things come up.

All Resident Inspectors and Mystery Shoppers are trained at home so they don’t have to come into our offices for training.
