How you can share your voice

We work with volunteer residents who help us improve the customer experience for everyone.

Here are some of the ways you can get involved:

  • Form a Residents’ Group or Association: a forum for neighbours to talk about their local community and have more of a say in how they are run.
  • Take part in a Continuous Learning Review: you can help us design, improve and review the services we provide.
  • Join a Regional Panel: these are based in the Midlands and London. They help us understand local priorities.
  • Respond to surveys and polls: we may ask you to complete a survey or poll. This feedback helps us understand the experience of our residents and shape our services.
