The Challenging Behaviour Foundation

Type of organisation: Charity

Location: Medway

We are the charity for children and adults with severe learning disabilities and behaviour described as challenging. Challenging behaviour is a term used to refer to a wide range of behaviours which may include aggression, self-injury, socially inappropriate or disruptive behaviours. Whilst anyone may at times display challenging behaviour, our focus is on helping those with severe learning disabilities to access the right support to live a full and active life in their local community. We offer information and support to families and professionals, we influence national policy and we are making a difference to the lives of children and adults with severe learning disabilities across the UK.

What will I be doing?

We currently need help with some re-branding and a potential organisational name change, can you help?   As a small organisation we are also always appreciative of fundraising volunteers.
