We offer affordable accommodation to keyworker staff at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Based in the centre of Frimley, Surrey, our accommodation is just 3 mins walk from Frimley Park Hospital with Frimley High Street, the train station and many shops, supermarkets, cafes and pubs nearby.

Accommodation available

We have two types of accommodation available,

  • Our one bedroom flats consist of a large fully fitted lounge/kitchen/diner with a study area and a bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and fully fitted bathroom.One bedroom flats are £758.97 per month excluding all utilities and council tax
  • Our single occupancy bedrooms are a good size and come fully equipped with single bed, desk area, fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Each cluster of four rooms shares a communal living/dining/kitchen area complete with all white goods.Single occupancy rooms are inclusive of utilities and council tax and range from £650.28 – £711.13 per month depending on the size of room

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I park?
We have limited parking spaces available so if you require a parking permit please let us know and we can add your name to the waiting list. The permits are £22 per month.

Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, our properties do come furnished. All properties will have the following items: single bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk, litter bin, desk chair, desk lamp, large bookshelf, under bed storage unit, and chest of drawers.

How much of a deposit is required?
The deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.

How long is the tenancy?
The initial term of the tenancy is for 6 months, after this time has elapsed the tenancy then becomes a periodical (rolling contract) which will be on a month on month basis. Please note that you can terminate your tenancy at any time by giving four weeks’ notice.

Who will I be living with? Male? Female?
We do not allocate rooms on the basis of gender. As a result, most shared flats are mixed properties.
