Accommodation for Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre

Covid-19 Update – Please note we are still open for business during normal office hours.

However, we advise that you do not visit your local office in person.

Instead, you can email us at, or phone us on 01865 741608. This is in line with the government’s recommendations on social distancing.

While we’re currently still open for business, services have been reduced or scaled back at this time, and we are only dealing with emergency repairs. If offices are forced to close, we will let residents know who they need to call in the event of an emergency.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation at this time.

Frequently asked questions

Is there any parking?
Please be aware, we have very limited parking spaces available and there is a long waiting list for a parking permit to park here.

How much of a deposit is required?
The deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.

What bills are included in the rent?
For the single occupancy rooms, water and electricity are included in the rent but council tax is not. This will need to be paid directly by the tenant. The studio flats include water but don’t include electricity or council tax. Again, these will need to be paid directly by the tenant.

What facilities are available on the site?
There is a laundry room on site as well as 2 large indoor secure bike sheds and a large garden area at the rear of the site.

Who will I be living with? Male? Female?
We do not allocate rooms on the basis of gender. As a result, most shared flats are mixed properties.
